WINTER MOJITO COCKTAIL INFUSION
Carefully curated and hand crafted in small batches we have put together some unique flavour profiles for your Cocktails.
Not a drinker? These work well with waters also! After infusing add 2:1 sugar to infused water ratio and reduce making a simple syrup. Add this to your favourite sparkling water for a perfect mocktail. (I would recommend using a larger jar to infuse water and keep in fridge while steeping.
Don't need a jar? Skip it and order the sachet - just pop that in your vessel top with spirit of choice!
Each jar holds a mickey 12oz. Pour alcohol into Cocktail Mate jar. Tighten lid and leave it alone for 24-72 hours. Longer if you want to intensify flavours. Once you reach desired infusion levels, strain and disguard ingredients (or Infuse again but flavour may be less exciting) and pour alcohol back into jar or original bottle. It's ready! Use as you would your regular alcohol in a Cocktail- use 1-2 shots per cocktail and add mix.
