RHUBARB COCKTAIL INFUSION

Tart, bright, and beautifully simple, Rhubarb highlights the bold, tangy character of fresh rhubarb softened with a touch of sugar. The result is a perfectly balanced infusion—sharp and refreshing with just enough sweetness to smooth the edges.

Don't need a jar? Skip it and order the sachet - just pop that in your vessel top with spirit of choice!

Each jar holds a mickey 12oz.   Pour alcohol into Cocktail Mate jar. Tighten lid and leave it alone for 72+ hours. Longer if you want to intensify flavours. Once you reach desired infusion levels, strain and It's ready! Use as you would your regular alcohol in a Cocktail- use 1-2 shots per cocktail and add mix.
