Cocoa nibs or dark cocoa add a deep, bittersweet richness, evoking notes of dark chocolate and mocha.

Don't need a jar? Skip it and order the sachet - just pop that in your vessel, top with spirit of choice!

Each jar holds a mickey 12oz.   Pour alcohol of choice into Cocktail Mate jar. Tighten lid and leave it alone for min 72+ hours but can be left for months to intensify flavours with the lid on. Once you reach desired infusion levels, strain and disguard ingredients It's ready! Use as you would your regular alcohol in a Cocktail- use 1-2 shots per cocktail and add mix.
